It was the year 2000 when the eleven-unit townhouse was completed, and the developer started selling the units, it was then that the condominium corporation was registered. The original board of directors of the corporation consisted of the developer and a few original owners who purchased and moved into their units. Management then was relegated to a non-arm's-length management company organized by the developer for the purpose. When all the units were sold and the developer moved out of the property, the owners then elected a new set of directors and contracted the management of the affairs of the condominium with First Condominium Company, with offices in downtown Calgary
In 2010, with the arrival of new owners in the property, the board decided to convert to self-management so that they could build the reserve funds, improve things in the community and drum up better participation from the homeowners. That year, they severed their relationship with the management company. and commenced operating as a self-managed condominium property.
In 2011, they hired their first accounting service provider, REH Condo Accounting Service Co, who served with them until its resignation in June 2018
In 2012, the old wooden perimeter fence was replaced with the present Vinyl Perimeter Fence at $25,000.00.
In 2016, the old roof was replaced with the present, better quality roofing shingles that are manufacturer guaranteed to last for 40 years, for $54,000.0
In 2018, the driveways and alleyways were dug and repaved for $24,000.00.
2018 The painting of ot the garage doors and the facade was done for $9,000.00
2018 Downspouts between units 31 and 35 were repaired, and Unit numbers were installed in the back doors of all units for $3890.00
2019 We reduced our condo fees; the rates continue unchanged until December 31, 2024
In 2020, we installed new screen doors front and back of the units for $ 12,000.00
In 2021, we replaced all front window wells and some at the back and installed a new side door with a lockset at the garbage room for $8280.00
2021 All front steps were repaired and restored for $19645.00
2022 Unit 23 was reimbursed for 5 years of electric bills for the security lighting $1930.00
In 2023, we repaired all bent and damaged iron grills at all front steps and the front metal fencing for $1,799.00
In 2023, we replaced our old Garage doors with new weather-proofed doors equipped with belt-driven motors for $23064.00
2024 We repaired the steep landings and added another step at units 3, 7, & 11 for $5092.00
In 2025, we increased our Condominium Fees
In July 26, 2025, at the Annual General Meeting of the corporation, owners elected Debra Hebron President for the 2025-2026 term.
